Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before commissioning me.

I can do...

  • Dragons, kobolds and dinos (favorite)!

  • Creatures and little fantasy monsters

  • Humans

  • Anthros and quadruped animals

  • Various character designs with simple backgrounds

I won't do...

  • NFT

  • Art for training AI generators or for similar programs

  • Fanart of characters from TV, shows, etc. (as much as I would love to, due to copyright and monetization reasons)

  • Heavy detailed backgrounds / backgrounds only

  • Work without any given reference

  • NSFW, Gore, Vore or other fetishes

  1. I only accept payment via Paypal! Full 100% payment upfront is required before I start work.

  2. You need to be at least 18 or older to commission me.

  3. I'm not allowed to offer "anonymous" payment or any payment with just your username. Your full name and address (PO-Address works aswell) is required for invoices due to the law in my country (See §14 UStG for invoice requirements). Your full name and address will never be given to any third parties AND never sold to anyone. It will only be used for the invoice created via Paypal.

  4. Your commission can only be used for Personal Use. You may not reproduce, modify or sell the artwork in any way.

  5. A Commercial Use License can be discussed but requires extra charges depending on the purpose.

  6. Posting the commission in public spaces elsewhere without the watermark is prohibited. You may not use the commission for self-promotion.

  7. I keep all rights to the commissions made. No exceptions.

  8. The creation of your commission may be live-streamed on Twitch, posted on Social Media and/or used as example work on commission sheets or on this website. If you don't want that, please let me know in advance!

  9. I have the right to decline any commission for any reason at any time.

  10. A communication platform such as Twitter, Instagram or Discord is not necessary but highly prefered for better communication when sending "WIPs" (Work in progress) of the commission aswell as for final touches and general feedback.

  11. My main focus will lie on character designs. This means at least one character needs to be provided. I won't draw backgrounds only.

  12. You are never allowed to use my art for purposes such as training AI machines/generators or similar programs.

  13. Check the "Contact"-tab for all the informations about the character you would need to provide!
